Today we’re announcing a significant update to our predefined services feature, designed to make your day-to-day work even smoother and more efficient.

What changed?

We’ve made major improvements to how you use predefined services when creating work orders. Here are the highlights of this update:

One-click add: You can now add your priority services to a work order in a single click. No more digging through menus or scrolling through long lists!
Service prioritization: We’ve introduced a prioritization system that puts your most-used services front and center. Your most important services are always within reach.
More customization: You now have more control over how your services are organized. Sort them by how often you use them, by category, or by whatever criteria work for you.

How do I use this new feature?

When creating a new work order, you’ll now see a “Priority services” section.
Simply click the service you want to add. It’s instantly added to your work order.
To adjust your priority services, go to your account’s services and check the “Set as priority services” box.
